Founded in November 2004, EPN Urgent Care is committed to providing the highest quality healthcare for residents and visitors of the communities of Naples, Immokalee, Estero and Golden Gate. TeamHealth staffs and manages urgent care facilities independently and with hospital partners throughout the United States.
As an organization, we are committed to becoming active, contributing members to the Naples community. Customer service is the essence of our organization; we recognize that the satisfaction and care of our patients takes precedence above all else. If you are visiting from out of town—for a weekend or for the season—we will coordinate your care with your hometown primary care physician. There is no need to spend endless hours in a hospital Emergency Department for non-life threatening conditions.
The vast majority of our patients report that they are “very satisfied” with our services, and 99% say that they “would return again.” We create an environment and experience that exceeds expectations.

An urgent care center is used for episodic care for patients with sudden medical conditions that require treatment usually within 24 hours. When experiencing a non-life threatening situation (but could lead to potentially harmful outcome if not treated when immediate attention is required), a patient can receive treatment at EPN Urgent Care rather than seeking treatment at an emergency room. Patients should inform their Primary Care physician of such visit and consult him or her for follow up care. If the patient is in a life-threatening situation, please call 911 right away for care.
No, not all urgent care centers are alike! The quality of providers and the level of services vary widely.
No, you never need an appointment to visit EPN Urgent Care. Come to EPN Urgent Care when you need prompt medical care.
Most patients are treated and released in about an hour. However, visit times vary depending on the number of patients at the center and the severity of their injuries or illness.
EPN Urgent Care centers are staffed by board-certified physicians who are skilled in the treatment of non-life-threatening injuries and illnesses. Many physicians practice in local emergency rooms. All of our providers—physicians, physician assistants, nurses and radiological technicians—are dedicated to providing excellent medical care in a compassionate, respectful manner.
Our fees vary depending on the level of services provided. Generally our fees are approximately one-third of those charged by emergency departments for similar procedures. Patients are required to provide payment or proof of insurance prior to treatment.
In compliance with Florida law, all of our fees are displayed in our center. Please visit us or call if you have a question about a specific fee.
EPN Urgent Care accepts most major insurance plans. Co-pays are determined by your insurance plan, but are usually much less than those for an emergency room visit.
All patients can be seen at EPN Urgent Care regardless of their status with an insurance provider.
